    Return & Replacement Policy

    At Classic Bogura, we work hard to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer a return and replacement policy under the following terms:

    Return & Replacement Eligibility:

    1. The item must be returned within 3 days from the delivery date.
    2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
    3. If the item comes with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
    4. Refunds or replacements will be subject to inspection and evaluation by the Classic Bogura team.
    5. Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
    6. Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charges are non-refundable.

    Reasons for Return & Replacement

    1. The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
    2. Size mismatch for clothing (Note: This policy applies only if the size mentioned on the invoice doesn’t match the delivered product. If the invoice and delivered item size match, we will not process a refund).
    3. Color mismatch for clothing.
    4. Wrongly printed clothing (e.g., front/back design mismatch, incorrect design, or wrong placement of design).
    5. The wrong product was sent.

    How to Return:

    1. Contact Classic Bogura Customer Care at [email protected] within 3 days after receiving your order.
    2. Once we receive your return request, we will initiate a quality check of the product on our end. If the return reason is valid, we will either replace the product with a new one or proceed with a refund.

    Refund Policy

    1. Refunds will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return request.
    2. Replacement will depend on stock availability with the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
    3. Please note that shipping charges and COD convenience charges are non-refundable.
    4. If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no refund as you haven’t paid for the order.
    5. If you made payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, the refund will be processed back to your respective payment method.
    6. If an online payment error occurs and you are charged more than once, we will issue a refund.
